Returns & Exchange Policy:

  - We want to make the shopping process as smooth as possible for our Xhbt fam! Please read our Returns and Exchange policy before making any orders <3
  - Eligibility:
  NB: NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ANY XHBT OUTLET ITEM
  o Returns are only accepted within 3 days of delivery
  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  o Returns of items that are not defective will ONLY be accepted at our office in New Cairo.
  o Unless item is defective – no returns/exchanges will be accepted after 3 days of delivery
  o If you prepaid online – item must be returned at our office at New Cairo
  o Defective items paid in cash can be returned either in the office or through delivery keeping in mind shipping fees will be deducted
  - Exchange
  o Exchanges for any reason will be made within 3 days of delivery of the item
  o Shipping fees will apply
